服务条款 / Terms of Service

1. 接受条款

使用 AI Agents(下称“本服务”),即表示你同意本条款。如果你代表一家公司使用,你确认自己有权代表该公司接受本条款。

2. 服务内容

本服务让你用文字描述想要的任务,由 AI 生成一个“助手”(agent),可以按排程自动运行、也可以手动对话触发,并可以连接 Gmail、Slack、Notion 等第三方工具代你执行操作。本服务目前是早期版本,我们可能随时改进、调整或暂停部分功能,包括可连接的工具种类。

3. 账号与公司

你需要为自己账号的安全负责,不要与他人共用登录信息。公司管理员负责管理其公司的成员、连接或断开第三方工具,并对其公司内的使用负责。同一公司的成员可以查看该公司的所有助手、聊天与运行记录。

4. 额度

新公司可获得一定的免费额度,由公司成员共用。每次助手运行(无论是排程触发、手动点击还是聊天)都会按所选模型消耗额度;运行失败或被中止时,额度会退回。

5. 可接受的使用

你不得利用本服务生成或传播违法内容、侵犯他人权利的内容、垃圾邮件或骚扰信息、钓鱼或欺诈内容,也不得用它未经授权访问他人账号,或尝试破坏、绕过或过度占用本服务的安全与额度限制。我们可以在发现违规时暂停或终止相关账号或断开其已连接的工具。

你对你连接给助手使用的每一个第三方账号(Gmail、Slack 等)的使用负全部责任,包括确保你有权连接该账号,以及该账号的使用方式符合该第三方服务自己的条款。

6. AI 生成的助手与自动执行的操作

AI 生成的助手配置可能有误,执行时也可能误解指示、调用错误的工具,或得出不准确的结论。对于会实际发送邮件、发布消息、创建日程等有后果的操作,请先用聊天方式充分测试该助手,并在指示中要求它对有风险的操作先征求确认。我们不保证助手的行为、输出或所采取的操作完全符合你的预期,对因助手执行操作而造成的后果,本服务在法律允许的最大范围内不承担责任。

7. 你的内容

你输入的任务描述、助手设定、聊天记录仍归你(或你的公司)所有。你允许我们为了提供本服务而处理它,包括把这些内容以及已连接工具返回的部分信息传送给我们使用的 AI 模型服务生成回复。请勿输入你无权使用的资料,也不要连接你无权使用的账号。

8. 免责与责任限制

本服务按“现状”提供,我们不保证不间断或没有错误。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务、或因助手执行的操作而产生的间接或后果性损失负责。

9. 终止

你可以随时停止使用本服务,并随时断开已连接的工具。我们也可以在你违反本条款时暂停或终止你的使用。

10. 条款变更与联系我们

我们可能更新本条款,更新后会修改页面顶部的日期;继续使用即表示接受更新。

1. Acceptance

By using AI Agents (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

2. The Service

The Service lets you describe a task in words, has AI build an "agent" that can run on a schedule or be triggered by chatting with it, and can connect to third-party tools such as Gmail, Slack and Notion to act on your behalf. It is an early-stage product and we may improve, change or pause features at any time, including which tools can be connected.

3. Accounts and companies

You are responsible for the security of your account and must not share your login. A company administrator manages that company's members, connects or disconnects third-party tools, and is responsible for use within it. Members of a company can view all of that company's agents, chats and run history.

4. Credits

New companies receive some free credits, shared by their members. Each agent run (scheduled, manually triggered, or a chat message) uses credits according to the model chosen; credits are returned if a run fails or is stopped.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or spread unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, spam or harassment, phishing or fraud, to access anyone's account without authorization, or to attempt to break, bypass or overload its security and credit limits. We may suspend or end accounts that do, and may disconnect their connected tools.

You are fully responsible for every third-party account (Gmail, Slack, etc.) you connect for an agent to use, including making sure you are entitled to connect it and that its use complies with that third party's own terms.

6. AI-generated agents and automated actions

An AI-generated agent's configuration can be wrong, and when it runs it can misread instructions, call the wrong tool, or reach an inaccurate conclusion. For actions with real consequences (sending email, posting messages, creating calendar events), test the agent thoroughly by chatting with it first, and have its instructions ask for confirmation before anything risky. We do not promise an agent's behaviour, output or actions will match what you expect, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for the consequences of actions an agent takes.

7. Your content

Your task descriptions, agent configurations and chat history remain yours (or your company's). You allow us to process them to provide the Service, including sending them and some information returned by connected tools to the AI model service we use to generate a reply. Do not enter material you have no right to use, and do not connect an account you are not entitled to use.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from actions an agent takes.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service, and disconnect any connected tool, at any time. We may suspend or end your use if you breach these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continued use means you accept the update.
